If and when the time comes to make a claim we are here to help take the stress out of a stressful situation by providing advice and helping manage any claim through to settlement.
Lodgement
Depending on the type of claim and policy there are a number of ways to lodge a claim.
We ask that you contact us prior to lodging a claim so that we can review the circumstances and provide advice regarding how to proceed. Our office number is 07 3289 2792.
It may be that the best option is to lodge a claim direct with the insurer through the companies telephone claims specialists or a written claim form may be required.
Whichever option is appropriate we are always available to assist. While we don’t expect you to experience any problems we are also here to mediate on your behalf to ensure a satisfactory outcome.
We acknowledge that emergencies do occur outside of office hours and following numbers are provided for your information; in such cases please notify our office that you have lodged a claim?
